Paladin VIII Etiquette

According to Paladin Club VIII Rules and Regulations we are required to respect the environment, common areas and our neighbors. Please consider the following:

• Park within the yellow lines

• Respect the speed limit of 15 miles per hour

• Check your tags – cars with expired tags will be towed 

• Lock your car

• Keep noise to a normal level, inside and outside

• Cover hard wood floors

• Keep barking dogs off decks

• Manage your smoking habit, the smell travels between units and off decks

• Register your pet

• Keep dogs on a leash

• Pick up fecal matter, wrap and dispose in the trash

• Throw trash  in dumpsters

• Do not leave furniture including mattresses outside dumpsters. Special pick-up is paid for from HOA fees

• Do not throw trash or cigarette butts off decks

• Don’t litter!

• Keep hallways free of litter, clutter, trash or other property which restricts passage

• Charcoal grills are not allowed on decks

• Do not hang clothing or other items off deck railings
